This database contains selected full text decisions of the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales and its predecessors since 1985. The name of the Commission has changed over time. Up to 1992, it was known as the Industrial Commission. From 1992 to 1996, there was a separate Industrial Court and Industrial Relations Commission. From September 1996 the Commission was known as the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales and sat either as the Commission or as the Commission in Court Session. Since December 2005 the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales in Court Session has been called the Industrial Court of New South Wales.
Decisions are sent on a fortnightly basis. Decisions are also available at the Commission site. See the Commission site for further information concerning the Commission.
