WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2013 - SECT 288

A provider of a medical service or a provider of a service under Division 6 or 7 of Part 5 of this Act or Division 2B or 2C of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 who has examined a worker may, with the consent of the worker and at the request of ACCS—

        (a)     meet with ACCS and answer questions; and

S. 288(b) amended by No. 73/2016 s. 21(3).

        (b)     supply relevant documents to ACCS.
